Flights
To receive a full refund with no penalty, you must cancel your flight at least 24 hours before departure on the Travel Thrive website or mobile app. The zero cancellation fee is non-refundable.
Trains
If your booking is covered by Travel Thrive’s free cancellation policy, you can receive a full refund if you cancel within the specified time frame.
Buses
You can cancel your bus reservation at any time before your trip, but the refund amount depends on when you cancel. If the cancellation is due to Travel Thrive or the operator, you will receive a full refund.
Other bookings
Refunds and cancellations for other bookings are processed according to the airline’s fare rules and cancellation policy. You must contact the airline directly, and notify Travel Thrive of the cancellation with documentation.
